Clevedon Coast Oysters

Seafood

The pristine winter waters of the Hauraki Gulf in New Zealand are the ideal environment to foster the highest quality oysters.

Clevedon Coast Oysters are in their peak from May - December during the southern hemisphere winter, perfect timing to secure consistent supply during the northern hemisphere summer. You don’t need to compromise on quality while northern hemisphere oysters are spawning and bacteria levels in the water where the oysters grow are higher.

As a result of operating in such a unique environment, Cleveland Coast Oysters have developed the pearl grade oyster, an oyster that is a little older and ensures the most consistent possible conditioning.

Certified as organic by the New Zealand government, Cleveland Coast is a family owned business committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and making the most of the special environment in which they operate.

Seafood

Humpty Doo is located in a remote part of Australia’s Northern Territory where Barramundi are known to thrive. “Barramundi” is the Indigenous Australian word for ‘large-scaled fish’ and was a critical part of the diet of Indigenous diets prior to western colonization.

Humpty Doo Barramundi’s unique difference is their production of Sashimi-grade fish enhanced by scientifically proven low-stress best practice harvest techniques.

The fish is never treated with antiobotics, hormones or vaccines and is never conditioned with chemicals or preserving agents. Water quality and fish diet is strictly monitored to ensure the highest quality product.

The combination of all these factors results in the flesh of Humpty Doo Barramundi being firm and sweet with a unique inter-muscular marbling firm. Humpty Doo Barramundi has the whitest flesh of any Australian farmed Barramundi and the skin is a unique silver colour due to the optimal turbidity of the saltwater where the fish grow.

Humpty Doo Barramundi exceeds expectation in presentation, flavor and texture.
