Clevedon Coast Oysters are in their peak from May - December during the southern hemisphere winter, perfect timing to secure consistent supply during the northern hemisphere summer. You don’t need to compromise on quality while northern hemisphere oysters are spawning and bacteria levels in the water where the oysters grow are higher.

As a result of operating in such a unique environment, Cleveland Coast Oysters have developed the pearl grade oyster, an oyster that is a little older and ensures the most consistent possible conditioning.
