The Hauraki Gulf in New Zealand maintains ideal conditions for producing plump, delicious Oysters. Thriving in such a unique environment, Clevedon Coast Oyster have developed the pearl grade oyster, an oyster that is a little older and ensures the most consistent possible conditioning.

Clevedon Coast Oysters are naturally grown in USFDA certified waters that are tested weekly for contamination and toxic algae bloom. When harvested, the oysters are carefully selected to meet specifications before being distributed all around the world, and is proudly recognised as an international leader in the production of natural oysters.
